Salary: ₹22,000 CTC

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate should have good communication skills and experience in lead generation, client coordination, and sales conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with potential customers via calls, emails, and follow-ups
- Generate and qualify leads
- Explain products/services to clients and close sales opportunities
- Maintain client database and sales records
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and support
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Inside Sales / Telecalling / Business Development
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Excel
- Target-driven and confident personality
- Ability to handle client queries professionally
Preferred Candidate:
- Graduate / Undergraduate
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Experience in B2B or B2C sales will be an added advantage
