Visuiq provides professional recruitment, staffing, and training services. This Refund & Return Policy clarifies that all service fees are non-refundable and services cannot be returned.

This policy covers all services offered by Visuiq including recruitment, executive search, training, and consultancy. All forms of payment, whether advance or installment, are non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Nature

Payment Terms

Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Cancellation by the client or candidate does not entitle them to a refund.
• Rescheduling may be allowed at Visuiq's discretion based on availability.
• No monetary refunds will be issued for any administrative changes.

No-Return Clause

Once services are delivered, they are considered complete. Resources, training materials, and documents provided are the property of Visuiq and cannot be returned, exchanged, or shared.

Exceptions

• Service failures may be addressed with additional support or service credits.
