Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates via portals, social media, and referrals
- Screen profiles & conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate with hiring managers & schedule interviews
- Maintain recruitment reports & MIS
- Build a strong candidate pipeline for future needs
Eligibility
- Graduate preferred
- 1+ yr experience in recruitment (BPO/IT/Non-IT)
- Laptop + stable internet mandatory
