Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming product/service inquiries from digital portals and execute consistent follow-up strategies.
- Conduct targeted outbound sales calls to pitch solutions, share customized quotations, and convert prospects.
- Maintain rigorous tracking records of the active calling pipeline, client notes, and sales conversion stages using Excel or CRM databases.
- Build stable, long-term relationships with clients to promote regular repeat business and brand reliability.
Candidate Requirements & Qualifications
- Core Skills: Excellent spoken Hindi communication, active listening, strong negotiation mechanics, and professional phone etiquette.
- Education: Graduate or 12th Pass with a validated track record in outbound/inbound telesales.
- Required Mindset: High target orientation, self-driven discipline, and comfort working in an target-focused environment.
- Tools: Comfortable navigating core desktop setups, web browsers, and Microsoft Excel.
